REPRESENTATION AT JUDICIAL AND QUASI-JUDICIAL FORUMS :
The Firm takes the assignments to represent the companies at the various judicial and quasi – judicial forums in various matters like – compounding of offence under the Companies Act, 1956, taking various permissions from Central or State Government, Merger, Amalgamation and Reconstruction of companies, Winding–up / Liquidation of Companies. The firm generally makes representation to the following forums :

- Regional Director, Ministry of Company Affairs;
- Official Liquidator of Companies
- Registrar of Companies;
- SEBI
- Stock Exchanges
- Reserve Bank of India
