CERTIFICATION |
The firm provides various Certificates, under the Companies Act, 1956 and Rules and Regulations there under, to various Public and Private Limited Companies and Banks. The Certification is based on the thorough verification of the records maintained by the company and / or the Registrar of Companies or any other relevant authority. The main certifications provided by the Firm is as under :
- Certificationof Annual Return under section 161 of the Companies Act, 1956;
- Corporate Governance Certificate under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement of Stock Exchanges;
- Compliance Certificate under Section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956;
- Certification of Form No.1 for Incorporation of Companies under the Companies Act, 1956;
- Certification of Form No. 25C under Schedule XIII of the Companies Act, 1956 for Managerial Remuneration;
- Certification of Return of Deposits under Section 58A of the Companies Act, 1956;
- Inspection and Search Reports of various companies from the Office of the Registrar of Companies;
- Various Certificates under FEMA and other Corporate Legislations;
- Certificates / Diligence Report stipulated by Reserve Bank of India for Consortium Financing / Multiple Banking Arrangements.
