The Firm also undertakes assignments of Corporate Matter Consultancy on retainership basis (On BPO Model), which includes maintenance of various Statutory Records and Registers required to be maintained under the Companies Act, 1956, Co-ordinating Board, General and Committee Meetings, Ensuring due disclosures in the Annual / Quarterly Reports, Advising for compliance of various legal provisions and ensuring good practices of Corporate Governance from time to time.
