MR. JAI PRAKASH SHARMA
Mr. Jai Prakash Sharma is 33 years of age. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India besides being a Commerce Graduate. Mr. Sharma Has started his professional carrier in July, 2000 with a medium scale widely held public limited company, M/s Punsumi India Limited, Jaipur as an Officer and served there for two and half years. He was overall in-charge of Secretarial and Commercial Departments, including in-house Share Registry Department. He had handled all the matters relating to Company law, Excise, Customs, Foreign Exchange etc. and dealt with SEBI, RBI, Excise Department, Stock Exchanges, Department of Company Affairs etc. He has over 9 years experience in the field of Accounts, Finance and Company Law Matters. Thereafter, in April 2003, he came into practice and promoted a firm of Company Secretaries, which was subsequently converted into partnership firm. He is presently looking after all the operational and managerial aspects of the firm and having expertise in all the matters relating to Corporate Affairs, Listing requirements and Capital Market Issues; besides the matters related to restructuring and rehabilitation of companies.
MRS. MANSI MATHUR
Mrs. Mansi Mathur, is 31 years of old, and is a qualified Company Secretary. She is also having Masters Degree in Management with specialization in Finance and Marketing. She is having a good exposure to handle all matters relating to Finance. Previously she worked with the associate concern of the firm as finance executive and she joined the firm as a partner since December 2006. She is looking after the project and management consultancy assignments of the firm.
